Join us for a rare treat! A pre-Shabbat talk / panel and sing-along featuring four incredible musicians from Israel right here in Portland for the 2026 Jewish Music Festival, followed by traditional Sephardic Shabbat services.

We’re celebrating the Jewish Story from Israel, to Andalusia, to the Fertile Crescent, to the Ottoman Empire, and back again. All of these talented artists will showcase in fullness at the 2026 Jewish Music Festival: May 6 - May 17 at the Eastside Jewish Commons!

Free (suggested donation $18) The event will be followed by a short social with the musicians, then Kabbalat Shabbat and Arvit services in our sanctuary. |
